Dorje is the big one: a GRILLAMA charcoal BBQ and offset smoker with heavy cast iron grates, a crank-adjustable charcoal pan and room to feed the whole street. Low-and-slow or hot-and-fast – no drama. Built from thicker 1.0 mm steel, with a storage cover included.

  • Bbq and smoker in one – The offset firebox has its own lid: light wood or charcoal on the side and smoke ribs, pulled pork or brisket with indirect heat, or grill direct in the main chamber.
  • Cast iron grates, 5228 cm² in total – Two heavy cast iron grates (32 x 42 cm each) hold heat for proper sear marks. Main area 66 x 42 cm, plus a 67 x 20 cm SS430 warming rack and two SS430 grates in the firebox.
  • Adjust the coals, not the lid – The external lift handle raises and lowers the 59 x 27 cm charcoal pan while you cook. Adjustable smoke stack, air vents and a lid thermometer complete the heat control.
  • Easy clean-up – A removable ash pan under the main chamber pulls out for quick emptying. Side prep shelf with hooks, bottom storage shelf and a built-in bottle opener keep everything at hand.
  • Thicker steel, built to last – Increased-thickness 1.0 mm powder-coated steel keeps smoking temperatures steady and is made for many seasons of happy BBQs. Soft silicone handles, easy-roll wheels and a heavy-duty 600D storage cover included. 139 x 67 x 117 cm, cooking height 80 cm.
